The Old Dairy
The Old Dairy is our most popular Bowerland Holiday Cottage, full of rustic charm and original features like the old bread oven and a toasty woodburner for cosy evenings in. Just a minute’s walk from the training centre, it offers ultimate convenience alongside comfort, with a pretty conservatory, private enclosed garden, and even a herb patch for you to enjoy. Perfect for anxious or reactive dogs, the secure outdoor space and private parking make for a stress-free stay. Powered largely by solar and supplied with fresh borehole water, The Old Dairy is eco-friendly too — and as part of your Stay & Train Holiday, after a day of training and exploring Dartmoor, you can relax under a sky full of stars in true Devon style.
The Annexe
The Annexe is a cosy, light-filled cottage full of character, just a minute’s walk from the training arena. With a modern kitchen, underfloor heating, a private terrace, and a fully enclosed garden perfect for reactive dogs, it’s an ideal spot to unwind after a day of training and adventure. As part of your Stay & Train Holiday, you can enjoy star-filled skies at night, peaceful surroundings by day, and everything you need for a relaxing Devon escape.
Parsley Cottage
Parsley Cottage is a spacious retreat, sleeping up to four guests and ideal for families or those travelling with multiple dogs. With a cosy woodburner, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed garden, and even its own indoor training room, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. As part of your Stay & Train Holiday, Parsley Cottage offers a peaceful escape where you and your dog can relax, train, and explore the Devon countryside — everything you need for a recharging, stress-free experience.
Holly Hock
Holly Hock Cottage is a brand-new, beautifully converted barn sleeping up to six guests with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a private hot tub. Set on a peaceful farm just 20 minutes from our training centre, it’s ideal for families, friends, or training buddies sharing a Stay & Train Holiday. With fishing lakes, a children’s play area, farm animals, and secure outdoor space for dogs, Holly Hock offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and countryside charm — all as part of your integrated training and accommodation experience.
Tor View
Tor View is a charming, light-filled studio cottage just a minute from the Bowerland Training Arena, offering a cosy escape with original barn features.
