Please read course information before booking to ensure that the training you book is suitable for you and your dog. If in doubt, please visit the FAQs, or failing that, email us. To complete your booking, you can use a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. Please note you can purchase multiple events and make one payment. Once you have completed the booking process, you will be asked to make secure payment by either of these methods.
Not sure if what you want to book will be for you?
No worries. We know that sometimes people need a little extra time to make sure what they booked really is for them, so for this reason we operate a 7 day “think about it” policy.” This basically means that after you book any training with us you have a whole 7 days to change your mind and get a full refund it you think the training you booked isn’t suited to you. There is one thing to keep in mind here, If the training you have booked actually falls within the 7 day period – we’re sorry we can’t offer a refund so close to the event.
But, if you are within 7 days of booking, and the event is more than 7 days in the future, and you do decide that you wish to cancel, please email us within our 7 day “think about it” period and we will happily refund you right away.
Please note we operate a no refund policy outside of our “7 day think about it” period for bookings for all training events.
- 121s, Consult or Zoom Calls – If you have an emergency situation where you need to cancel your confirmed booking, you need to notify us, in writing, a minimum of 72 hours before the start of your confirmed time slot. Our trainers are booked into set time-slots in advance and we shall try our best to re-book the time slot. If we succeed we will offer you an alternative date and there will be a £15 administration fee for any changes once they have been agreed.
- Any cancellations for 121s, Consult or Zoom Calls under 72 hours will not be able to be rescheduled.
- Any other event booking – if you want to change or swap any other training event, you need to notify us in writing and we shall try our best to fill your space. If we succeed we will offer you an alternative event and there will be a £15 administration fee for any changes once they have been agreed.
If you are unable to attend any of your classes, please inform your trainer as soon as possible.
How We Use Your Data
Through our website we collect your name and contact details, including email address, phone number and address. This helps us to contact you about any purchases you make. If you sign up to receive our newsletters, we store your name and email address, so that we can keep you up to date with our news and monitor the success of our campaigns.
If you buy a stay at one of our Bowerland cottages online, we also store your contact details so that we can keep in touch with you about your booking.
We promise to store your data securely, and will not pass your details on to any third parties. If you would like to see what data we store about you please contact us at the address below. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
