HOT OFF THE PRESS!  Lauren and Blink finished 4th at the FCI World Agility Championships – Small Individual!  What an amazing accomplishment with 0.01 of a second separating 3rd and 4th.  We are super proud of this amazing team; a well deserved result against the best in the world.  We have witnessed the hard work: the setbacks, the successes and the day-to-day work to achieve this goal.  So, what is their secret?  That’s what everyone wants to know!

The very first step to achieving a goal is to acknowledge the goal, write it down, tell people, make yourself accountable to reaching that goal!  This will help you stay on track.  Next, setup some accountability check points so that you have some shorter term goals to strive towards. Most importantly have a plan on how you will reach your goal and revisit that plan.  We recommend a 3 week cycle…after all, longer term goals can seem very overwhelming and hard to achieve, by looking at a 3 week cycle you can break it all down into much more manageable mini goals.  For our students who train with us regularly, we also suggest you have your next 121 lesson or workshop booked. Having paid for the training and having a session with a trainer to look forward to is great incentive to keep putting the work in and to keep up with your training.  Life sometimes gets in the way and having training in the diary can get you back on track, focusing on your goal!

We have some exciting workshops coming up that will help with you achieve YOUR goals…we have a game for that!  Here are some highlights for events we are holding in 2019, and as always you can join us at anytime for a 121 bespoke training package!
