It was a busy week at Devon Dogs with our workshops, weekly classes and 121s taking place.  Saturday, Leash Off Game On focused on games to play for amazing recall and Boundary Games looked at calmness and building value for remaining on a boundary – such an important tool for preventing counter surfing, jumping on visitors or to use to create an amazing start-line wait. Sunday we had Border Collie Day where games were geared towards Border Collies specifically and helping owners understand this breed even better!

Classes continued to build skills around course running, recall, confidence and focus.  Our 121s saw a mix of search work, out and about, Naughty but Nice strategies and disengagement games.  We love seeing the progress our students are making!

If you want to learn more about the games we LOVE to play with our dogs, join us for one of our workshops below…we have a game for that raining (or sunny) day!  Here are some highlights for events we are holding for the next couple of months, and as always you can join us at anytime for a 121 bespoke training package!
